![]() ![]() Then I was teaching middle school for a little while. And then, even then, I was reading lit fic stuff, and, like, I think the last book I was reading, my dad and I both were reading David McCullough’s 1776, which I didn’t finish. ![]() So I feel like I didn’t fully start reading for pleasure just because I was so overscheduled until the end of college. And the idea of sitting down and reading a book was like, ‘no, I need to take a nap’. ![]() I remember one year I was doing swimming, Girl Scouts, and basketball all after school. I was overscheduled where I was doing so many activities. RW: Um, so unlike a lot – I feel like a lot of romance readers got started kind of early and a lot of people will say, you know, I read romance, I was, you know, borrowing my grandma’s romance when I was a kid. What were some of your favorite romance novels? Um, so I want to go all the way back to the beginning and to, you know, to what you read.
